We are pleased to announce that the 2014 Annual BeingManagement Implementation Partner Conference was successfully conducted in Tokyo, Japan 3-4 February, 2014.
Thank you to all who participated in this event, traveling from all over the world including Hong Kong, South Korea, France, Spain, Canada, U.S.A., and Singapore.
During the conference, a significant case study of BM3 implementation was introduced by Mr. Hilbert Robinson of NOVACES. The participants also received a keynote speech “How the Ono Method Was Created” by Mr. Hideharu Kaneda-CEO, Gold Writes CO.,Ltd.
We have also introduced Being’s internal Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) practice, case studies of BM3 clients, and a new Theory of Constraints approach to Agile.
Finally, our sincere appreciation for all the participants who spent valuable time together with us to exchange deep ideas and considerations for better CCPM implementations.
